Striving from the very beginning, in achieving and implementing higher standards in its own tourism operations, following the reputation of the then still small tour operators in the region, Pilot Travel from the very beginning, started investing in professional education of its staff, directing it to established training certified and vocational training centers in the region. Thanks to that commitment and perseverance in the professional commitment, the Pilot Travel Agency became a permanent member of the international association IATA. Obtaining the IATA license, for Pilot Travel, meant both recognition and encouragement, to continue on the imaginary path of professional building and promotion in its own industry.
