PlayTime Movement is a US-based physical therapist providing pre-fitness and pre-sports training to physical educators, coaches, and personal trainers. We empower educators, coaches, and families to build stronger, more confident movers through awareness, assessment, and play. Our mission is to help people of all ages understand how their bodies move, prevent injury, and build a strong foundation for lifelong physical health. We offer a comprehensive digital platform and app, alongside courses and training, to support movement education in homes, classrooms, clinics, and communities.
