Overview
Point One Design is a full service Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering firm that provides consultation engineering in the building construction industry. Our dedicated staff has been providing comprehensive engineering design to clients for commercial, industrial, multi-family residential, and healthcare projects for over 40 years.
Point One Design is the result of a merger in 2000 between Cleveland based firm Theys Associates and Columbus based firm Point One Design. 20 years later, we continue to enjoy a great reputation in both the Cleveland and Columbus markets, with well-established offices in both locations. We can easily provide engineering service to clients at the local level, or national level, with professional engineering registrations in 49 states and Puerto Rico.
In the consulting industry, the most important quality of a firm are the relationships that it establishes with its clients. At Point One Design, we strive to make long lasting client relationships our number one priority. Our staff will always give their best effort to be available to the client and provide the best professional consultation, design, and service to fit the needs of their project. We feel that it is our level of service that sets us apart in the industry. We are proud to say that a majority of our work comes from repeat business of architects, owners, developers, and many others that have been satisfied with our services.
