Pointcierge is a Dallas, Texas-based loyalty travel expert and engagement platform, enabling a new era of flexibility and speed of change in travel programs.

We formed Pointcierge to solve the travel knowledge gap, enable programs with Technology and Service choice, and enable access to dedicated client resource pools.

What sets Pointcierge apart is our ability to enable a multi-vendor model that creates configurable choice for clients and the ability to change pieces of the solution should their platform/service of choice fall behind, without all of the traditional transition headaches. We leverage our leadership’s average of over 30 years of travel and loyalty experience servicing the biggest brands in FiServ and Travel, with a team of over 15 professionals.

Our platform offers scalable agent options, a cloud-based CRM-enabled communication system, and destination specialists, providing access to people who have been to the destinations and can recommend great local experiences. We partner with the largest travel brands, enabling access to unique content at the best price points – over $5B in annual travel spend.
