Porsena Solutions is a Utah-based homeland security consulting firm specializing in games, exercises, and readiness solutions for partners across government, military, and private sectors. We develop and facilitate engaging, no-fault learning environments that strengthen decision-making and collaboration at all levels of operation. Our expertise spans crisis management, counterterrorism, and integrated response, helping organizations sustain and enhance their readiness programming. Founded in 2024, Porsena is led by David Schuld, an internationally recognized leader with over 20 years of experience supporting critical initiatives for organizations including the European Parliament, US House of Representatives, and the British Army. We deliver tailored solutions, including game design, exercise facilitation, and analysis, to support a wide range of capabilities.

Our work supports information sharing, crisis management, and special operations, ensuring stakeholders are prepared for critical incidents. We support partners in a variety of areas ranging from information and intelligence sharing, crisis management, counterterrorism, integrated response, and special operations.

Our team’s extensive experience includes supporting the Northern Ireland Peace Process, presenting at the United Nations Planetary Defense Conference, and serving as County Coordinating Officer during COVID-19 Response and Recovery Operations in Utah.
