Community & Family Resources is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive behavioral health services to individuals and families in Iowa. Based in Fort Dodge, Iowa, we address critical needs such as problem gambling, substance abuse, and mental health challenges, offering a pathway to recovery and lasting well-being. With a history dating back to 1969, we’ve grown to serve multiple communities across the state, including Iowa City, Des Moines, Webster City, and Ames, through a network of outpatient clinics, residential treatment facilities, and prevention programs. We are committed to breaking down barriers to care and fostering a supportive environment where Iowans can thrive.
