Objectives: * Identifying, selecting and presenting Italian business opportunities to outstanding national and foreign investors, with a preferred focus on real estate deals * Offering financial advisory services and asset improvement in distressed situations Services: * advisory and services for enterprises in the corporate restructuring field; * advisory in evaluating, managing and assessing non performing or restructured loans and the underlying assets (both real estate and corporate); * loan servicing and solutions to unfreeze and collect credits; * assistance and advisory in credits acquisition and recovery, in securitization operations, in corporate and debts restructuring, both in court and out of court, in foreclosure and insolvency proceedings; * real estate properties study to identify any possible destination change to increase their value, according to real estate market requests; * real estate properties management during the evaluation process, before the sale to third parties * business proposal and business plan developments for potential investors, arranging for them all the necessary services, in order to make their investments successful * real estate funds and SPVs set up, during activities promoted by the company, for the full length of the investment
