Hey, my name is Cristiano and I am People enthusiast who currently support growth for both individuals and organizations. I am a life-long learner, and passionate about how the human mind functions, biohacking (high performance of brain and body), well-being and spirituality. I've been working for the last 21 years in various businesses, such as bank, aviation, energy, civil defense, universities, consultancy, startups, agribusiness, automotive and coaching. I hold both bachelor's and master's degree in Production Engineering, a specialization in Shipbuilding Engineering, as well as I hold an MBA in Project Management back to 2009, when I started my journey which led me to my current formal job as Agile Coach, licensed by ICP-ACC. Besides that, I am also licensed Emotional Intelligence and Neuroscience Coach (IAPCCT), as well as I am NLP-trained (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and ICF (International Coaching Federation) practitioner, which allow me to navigate my clients the fields of Organizational Development, Business, Executive, Leadership and Personal Coaching. Like a catalyst, substance that increases the rate of a chemical reaction, I aim to accelerate People's and businessess' transformation process by unlocking their full potential to grow them great.
