Project GRAD Akron is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting students and families in Akron, Ohio, and the surrounding region. For over two decades, we’ve been a vital partner of the Akron Public Schools, providing comprehensive programs designed to ensure students successfully transition to higher education and fulfilling careers. Our core services include Bridge to Kindergarten, College and Career Central, Summer Institutes, and a robust scholarship program, all supported by dedicated GRAD Mentors.

We empower students with the resources and guidance they need to achieve their dreams, fostering a culture of academic excellence and personal growth. With over $2.5 million in scholarships awarded and 13,000+ hours donated by volunteer mentors, Project GRAD Akron is a trusted leader in educational support, committed to ‘Graduation Really Achieves Dreams.’
