Established in 1976, we provide comprehensive services including fair housing advocacy, tenant-landlord dispute resolution, and HUD-certified homeownership counseling. We empower homeowners facing foreclosure or reverse mortgage challenges, while simultaneously assisting renters navigating repairs, deposits, and discrimination.

Our mediation services promote peaceful resolutions to housing conflicts, preventing displacement and homelessness. With a team of 57 dedicated professionals and a commitment to serving diverse communities, including those with limited English proficiency and experiencing homelessness, Project Sentinel is a trusted resource for housing stability and community well-being. We operate multiple offices in Santa Clara, Redwood City, Fremont, Gilroy, and Modesto, offering accessible support to those in need.
