Project URGE

Project URGE is a Rochester, New York-based nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth, families, and communities facing poverty and systemic barriers. We act as a catalyst for lasting change by connecting individuals to resources and opportunities, fostering collaboration between faith-based organizations, and driving strategic initiatives to dismantle barriers to stability and long-term success. Rooted in a faith-based approach that emphasizes dignity and respect, Project URGE works to create a resilient framework for growth, education, and spiritual development within under-resourced neighborhoods.

Through programs like House of Warriors, Foundation Forward, EmURGE-n-See, and Diversity Café, we address immediate crises while building pathways toward generational transformation. We partner with community organizations and local leaders to expand our impact and create unified solutions, ultimately striving to build a community where every individual has equitable access to opportunities and the support they need to thrive.
