We specialise in sourcing residential property for clients using our ‘Armchair Investor Service’ where we manage all aspects of a purchase for our clients (except giving any financial advice as we are not regulated by the FSA). We find suitable properties, manage any repairs or improvements and ensure that the properties are let. We keep clients updated at every stage of the process. We tailor the property sourcing specifically to suit client requirements and work with new or experienced landlords to help them build their property portfolio. We pride ourselves on a high level of service and like to create long term relationships with our clients. Established in 2004, we started trading in NW England(Manchester), and have since expanded our sourcing operation to Birmingham, Leeds and Liverpool where our business has grown to incorporate many alternative property sourcing strategies. Property Fit’s main focus regarding investment has been high yielding buy-to-let properties. Our sourcing service includes single tenancy property, multi-let property, and portfolio sourcing. We aim to get the maximum return for our investors and only source UK residential property.
