PWM takes an innovative approach to how properties are managed on behalf of clients, as well as the fee structure that is applied. PWM was borne out of our Founder - Robert Evans, being privy to increasing levels of dissatisfaction - particularly amongst overseas clients with property assets in the UK. The dissatisfaction was surrounding the approach and fee structure applied by a large proportion of estate agents for properties under their management. Where a property/properties are part of an investment portfolio, one of PWM's core focal points is how to increase the performance of the assets. We seek to increase the net income from the client's property assets and in doing so, increase their yield.
