Protinus Beams

Protinusbeams We use a low intensity scouring system to remove paint off surfaces where the wood or stone underneath needs to be preserved. The company is well known through out the industry and its governing body's, such as Heritage England and many local conservation officers. The jobs we do can vary from an old 16th century grammar school, listed as grade 1. In this job, names had been scraped into the beams, so we had to turn the system right down and removed all the paint from the oak and kept the engravings. Other jobs can be, new build barn conversion where the saw marks and assembly stains need cleaning and removing.
