Our founder and CEO, Victoria Proud, is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with over 15 years experience in the fields of organisational change, people, performance and transformation. Prior to establishing Proud Consulting, Victoria was a Senior Manager at Deloitte where she lead the culture and talent offerings for the Financial Services sector within Human Capital.
