Providence Developments Limited specializes in the master planning, design, procurement and construction of large scale multi-building developments. Our development management services have enabled our clients to successfully develop a wide range of buildings from multi-building schemes in the Middle East to a 44,000 sq,ft house in Surrey. We've built out more than 250,000 sq.ft of residential schemes in London and provided strategic advice on the 10M sq.ft Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC). On our own account we've built award-winning, high-end residential homes in St Johns Wood, Primrose Hill and Little Venice. We have secured planning and built more than a dozen large apartments and houses including complete refurbishments and new builds. Increasingly we’ve sought out opportunities to solve complex problems across a range of issues from re-structuring a large project to redesigning a build process. We have developed a detailed vision on how to drive greater efficiency in construction called ‘Assembly 2030’ and have tested our ideas on our own development projects which were successfully delivered in half the time and at half the cost of comparable projects. We work in close collaboration with major investors and sovereign funds including AP1 from Sweden and Qatari Diar to promote our own large-scale developments in London, oftentimes on public land that has been redundant for prolonged periods. We have extensive experience of working with most central London local authorities, utilities and Network Rail to bring marginal sites back into productive use.
