Rating Agency is one of the leading research agencies in the Republic of Macedonia specialized in the field of public opinion research, market research and outsourced contact center sevices. Our team consists of eminent experts in the field of research that work according to the world trends in the research industry. As a member of the International Organization for Research ESOMAR (www.esomar.org) our work is in accordance with the world ICC/ESOMAR standards. Starting from 2007, Rating has interviewed more than 150 000 people, and has conducted the largest survey on the territory of the City of Skopje, with 11 500 respondents. The Agency has a network of 250 professional and experienced pollsters, supervisors and coordinators from all regions of the country. Today, it is part of the regional network of DEEP DIVE, Belgrade that include more than 1500 trained interviewers and coordinators in the Balkan region and research teams with more than 15 years experience in the field. Depending on technology as well we have implemented a state of art research and contact center systems that allow us to offer various services on a regional level as: CAPI - Face to Face interviews with a computer CATI - Telephone surveys using a computer CAWI - Online Surveys Inbound & Outbound - Contact Center with 30 fully equipped agent stations.
