Ratto Brothers, Inc. is a family-owned and operated farming enterprise rooted in a legacy of over a century – since 1905 – dedicated to providing exceptionally fresh, high-quality vegetables to restaurants and family kitchens across North America. Founded by Antone L. Ratto, a son of Italian immigrants, the company began with a horse-drawn cart delivering produce from Bay Farm Island near Oakland, California. Now, with four generations of Ratto family members continuing the tradition, we cultivate over 1,000 acres of prime farmland in the San Joaquin Valley near Modesto, prioritizing sustainable practices and honoring our heritage.
