The Regional Capacity Development Network (RCDN) for Water and Sanitation Services connects local government units, water utilities and their associations from South-East Europe to work together on developing capacities of the water and sanitation service sector. Through collective effort and innovative thinking, we craft solutions that are not only effective but also tailored to the unique needs of the communities they serve. With a steadfast commitment to excellence, RCDN pioneers improvements that resonate far beyond their borders. With determination, the network enters its next phase, called "RCDN+." Learning from the past and bolstered by their successes, we move forward to tackle upcoming challenges. In the Western Balkans, where improving the water sector is crucial, RCDN+ offers hope for a better tomorrow.
