Reach Counseling (UT) is a Utah-based mental health care provider specializing in postpartum depression and perinatal mood disorders. We offer intensive outpatient programs and general outpatient support for mothers and fathers experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD, and suicidal ideation. Our approach centers on providing compassionate, inclusive, and warm care, bringing safety, steadiness, growth, and excellence to every interaction. We support individuals through a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, sleep hygiene issues, and work/life balance concerns. We also offer specialized programs for teens and youth, focusing on emotional regulation, coping skills, and healthy relationship strategies.

We understand the unique difficulties faced by new parents and provide tailored support through our Postpartum Intensive Outpatient Program and general outpatient services. Our team is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s transitions with confidence and resilience.
