“Real Advance"​ Ltd. was established in 2014. We have been working and succeed in tourism for nearly 7 years, thanks to continuous training, monitoring of market trends, initiation and implementation of innovative projects, and especially thanks to the high trust we have of our clients and business partners. "Real Advance"​ Ltd. is a managing company of “Apollon Apartments” (complex “Apollon” in Ravda). Based on our rich experience in Property and Rental Management, we have expanded our activities in the capital. We offer a complete management of properties in Sofia, Varna and Burgas, and their rental on a hotel basis, i.e. for a short period of time to tourists. In this activity we strive to protect the interests of owners and investors, respecting legal and tax rules. We are distinguished by competence and combinability in the whole process of renting - from the satisfaction of the tourist's needs to the care and maintenance of the property. "Real Advance"​ Ltd. is a major partner in marketing and overall business of welcoming and servicing of tourists in a luxury complex "Esteban"​ and "Poseidon"​ (Nessebar). Since April 2017 "Real Advance"​ is a licensed Tour Operator with license 01-7709. Our activity in this direction is mainly in organizing specialized tours, excursions and vacations to exchange experience or participate in festivals. We welcome and serve foreign groups of tourists coming to Bulgaria on various occasions, but also coming for a holiday. Our clients are orchestras and bands from Scandinavian countries, dance groups from Montenegro and Croatia, school groups from Russia and others. In 2017 we gathered all our clients and partners under the motto "Holiday without Limits"​, by setting up the ReHolidaly Club.
