Reclaim Healthy is a Lincoln, Nebraska-based online coaching service dedicated to helping women 40+ reclaim their health, energy, and relationship with food.

Reclaim Healthy addresses the common struggle of women who have tried countless diets without lasting results. We understand that most women aren’t beginners – they’re disciplined, capable individuals who have diligently followed plans, only to find themselves stuck in a cycle of losing weight, falling off track, and starting again.

Instead of restrictive rules or quick fixes, we focus on building sustainable health by addressing the root causes of cravings and energy imbalances – blood sugar stability, consistent nutrition, strength-based movement, sleep, stress management, and daily habits that fit real life.
