REfire Culinary

REfire Culinary is a Tallahassee, Florida-based nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with felony convictions through comprehensive culinary training and employment support. We provide an eight-week, no-cost program that equips graduates with essential job skills, food safety certifications, and the confidence to secure fulfilling careers in the hospitality industry. By combining professional instruction with community-focused catering services, REfire Culinary addresses the critical need for workforce development and reentry programs, offering a pathway to opportunity and reducing recidivism. With a strong network of local chefs, restaurant owners, and community partners, REfire Culinary is committed to creating a second chance for individuals and strengthening the Tallahassee hospitality sector.
