With over 30 years of business experience, Colene and Jim Rogers founded Retention Architects in 2017, initially focusing on leadership training and coaching. Colene, a certified speaker, trainer, and coach with the John Maxwell Team and SHRM-SCP, and Jim, bringing business ownership experience, now lead the company’s content and strategy.
