Réva

Réva is a wine resort located in Monforte d’Alba, a village in the Langhe region of Piedmont, in Northern Italy, known for its excellent food and for producing some of the greatest red wines in the world. Following a philosophy that sets the concept of terroir at the heart of any experience, Réva promotes an immersive relationship with its surroundings through services that enhance the connection between its guests and the cultural and natural highlights of the region. In its winery, Réva produces territorial wines using local grape varieties such as Dolcetto, Barbera and Nebbiolo, the latter of which giving way to prized Barolo and Barolo single cru wines. The Réva resort is surrounded by vineyards and nestled in the peace and beauty of the Langhe hills, welcoming its guests to a place of quiet mindfulness. Rooms are tastefully decorated using natural materials and muted colours to promote an atmosphere of relaxation. The spa, obtained from the estate’s old cellars, features a sauna, a Turkish bath, a chromotherapy shower and an indoor pool with thermalised water for a complete wellness experience. In the summer, the outdoor pool overlooking the woods and vineyards is a pleasant respite from the heat and the crowds. Within the grounds of the resort is also a golf course, available to both guests and external visitors and cared for using organic gardening methods. Réva also offers a top-notch dining experience at its restaurant, Ristorante FRE. In a soft-lit room boasting muted colours and beautifully colourful artsy accents, diners will be led through a sensorial journey where technique, curiosity, territoriality and tradition all play a part. Ristorante FRE earned its first Michelin Star in 2020 and is open to both Réva’s guests and external visitors.
