Revive Community Health

Revive Community Health is a Tempe, Arizona-based healthcare organization dedicated to improving the health and well-being of underserved communities.

We provide essential services, including comprehensive medical evaluations, vaccine clinics, and wellness screenings, directly to patients through our clinic facilities in Maricopa and Pima County, as well as mobile clinics that reach underserved neighborhoods and community locations.
