REVOLUTION RESCUE

Revolution Rescue is a Lincoln, Nebraska-based, volunteer-run, and 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing and rehoming animals in need.

We specialize in providing compassionate foster care for dogs and cats, particularly those overlooked by traditional shelters – often scared, withdrawn animals who need a safe space to heal and regain their confidence. Our work directly combats animal euthanasia rates by offering a temporary haven and preparing these pets for adoption into loving forever homes.

Revolution Rescue’s mission extends beyond individual animal rescue; we actively advocate for responsible pet ownership, promote spay/neuter programs, and educate the public about the realities of animal overpopulation and the benefits of fostering and adoption. We are driven by a deep commitment to ending animal cruelty and giving every animal a second chance at happiness.

Thanks to the generosity of our community, we’ve been able to support over 500 animals and continue to grow our impact. We are proud to be a leading force in animal welfare in Lincoln and beyond.
