Since 2002, we specialize in Remodel, Tenant Improvement, and Ground-Up construction for a diverse range of industries, including Retail, Restaurant/QSR, Office, Medical, Entertainment, Automotive, Industrial, and Financial.

What distinguishes REZ is our commitment to full-time project leadership – unlike many multi-state contractors, we utilize our own experienced Project Managers and Superintendents on every job, ensuring consistent quality and alignment with our clients’ values.

We operate as a hands-on partner, collaborating closely with the client’s Architect of Record (AOR) to optimize design and budget, conduct thorough site evaluations, manage scheduling timelines, assist with permitting, and provide value engineering (VE) budgets.

Founded in 2002 by Phil Horton, REZ has grown from a small Arizona operation to a multi-state powerhouse, now headquartered in Idaho and serving the central and western United States.
