Since opening our first Brighton restaurant in 2006 Riddle and Finns Champagne and Oyster Bars have become established as a leading business within the Brighton Restaurant scene. We are incredibly proud of our team who strive to make every visit to our restaurants a memorable one. The quality of our seafood is matched by the quality of our service. Supporting our community here in Brighton is very important to us and we we work with local charities, suppliers and independent small businesses whenever possible. Sustainability is crucial in our industry. Our suppliers are chosen not only on the quality of the food and drinks they supply but also on how their products are sourced. We are committed to ensuring our environmental impact is kept to a minimum.
