RLF was established in 2006 to fulfill the demand for quality professional services to Architectural & Engineering professionals, telecommunications providers, utility companies, and government agencies throughout the Western United States. Since 2006, we have built on our core principles of excellence, determination and consistency to provide design support in an ever changing market-scape. Ryan Fidler is the founder of RLF and is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor with more than 2 decades of experience in Land Surveying, mapping, and design support. His responsibilities include managing the Survey Group as well as overseeing the operations at RLF. RLF utilizes state-of-the art technology in Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), GPS, Laser Scanning, and Robotics coupled with tried-and-true methodology to ensure the most accurate and efficient results while meeting the most aggressive timelines.
