RMK Realty Ltd, formerly RMK Property Management Ltd, is a Ghanaian-based real estate company which came into being as a result of the founder, Odette Nyame-Kumi’s remarkable visionary skills that enabled her to identify a gap in the real estate market for quality service delivery to the expatriate community in Ghana. In 2016, Odette expanded RMK’s portfolio to include commercial lettings and has also recently ventured into luxury international markets with listings from the Dubai property markets. She’s a broker for Sobha Realty. In April 2023, RMK Property Management Ltd rebranded and is now RMK Realty Ltd. Odette’s experience and expertise in the property sector was as a result of her prior experience of working with international organisations and building good networking skills. Odette also has good interpersonal skills, which has contributed to her success in running RMK Property Management. Within a relatively short space of time, Odette and her team have provided property services for high-profile clients, which include the US Embassy, Ghana International School, the European Union, and the German embassy, and was recently tasked by the Head of Administration of the Delegation of the EU to find suitable private residences for the EU representative to GH.
