We are a minority owned organization (DBE, ODOT certified) providing consulting, design, and construction services within our specialties of civil and geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, forensic and environmental engineering. Our new state-of-the-art laboratory is ODOT approved, AMRL certified and US Corps of Engineers for Material testing (soils, cementitious materials and asphalt).
