We are the oldest artisanal confectionery in Italy, founded in Genoa in 1780.
For over two centuries, we have been artisanally crafting fruit, flowers, and spices according to ancient recipes, transforming them into unique creations: candied fruit, dragées, chocolate, fondants, petits fours and, during the festive season, artisanal Panettone and Colomba enriched with our candied fruit.
The hands of our artisans, in harmony with the rhythm of the seasons, faithfully follow the traditional recipes of the old “confiseur-chocolatier,” preserving and celebrating the Genoese art of candying.
