We are the oldest artisanal confectionery in Italy, founded in Genoa in 1780. For over two centuries, we have been artisanally crafting fruit, flowers, and spices according to ancient recipes, transforming them into unique creations: candied fruit, dragées, chocolate, fondants, petits fours and, during the festive season, artisanal Panettone and Colomba enriched with our candied fruit.
