Perez and Sam were both born into families of talented farmers, and cultural traditional food was at the centre of their childhoods. They also have a love of the past, and focus their product lines around natural, ancient and novel ingredients and traditional food preparation. Established in the UK in 2015 and privately owned, SACOMA Global Foods Innovation and training is an innovation-led company, importer, wholesaler, distributor and exporter based in the UK. With operations across a range of business interests in food, beverages, hospitality, supplies, retail and Training, Capability building and consultancy.
