Since 1999, my many years of work experience in the Conciergerie of big European hotels such as the Cavalieri Hilton of Rome and the Marriott Grand Hotel Flora allowed me to grow and to develop an expertise in the hospitality industry. In 2006 I was entrusted the establishment, training and management of the “Conciergerie” of the Marriott Park hotel, the biggest hotel facility in Italy and the second biggest in Europe. This experience allowed me to work with hundreds of tourists coming from all over the world. I quickly learned to select, negotiate and customize the services to satisfy customer requests. My proven organizational skills in the hospitality industry, my deep love for my native city and my solid knowledge in the artistic-archeological areas, as well as my friendly, outgoing personality, give me an edge in customer service.
