Sagitta SGR S.p.A. is the asset management company of the Arrow Global Group in Italy, specialized in the management of illiquid alternative assets, including financial (NPL & UTP), real estate and credit assets, as well as in special situations. Sagitta is an above-threshold AIFM pursuant to the AIFMD, authorized to promote and manage financial AIFs, real estate AIFs, and AIFs that invest in credit. Sagitta’s funds are targeted at institutional investors and are characterized by particularly attractive risk/return profiles. To date, Sagitta manages over €2.4 billion in assets (including outstanding commitments), with a specific focus on non-performing credit, real estate, direct lending, and special situations.
