Overview

San Diego Gymnastics is a family-owned organization providing a safe, fun, and encouraging environment for kids to learn gymnastics and tumbling in San Diego, California.

We operate five convenient locations across the region, including Point Loma, Otay Ranch, Grossmont, La Costa, and Rancho Bernardo, designed with families in mind, offering easy access to shopping, restaurants, and ample parking.

San Diego Gymnastics & Parkour distinguishes itself through its commitment to fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere, with all coaches thoroughly background checked and certified through USAG, and holding current CPR and First Aid Certifications. Our diverse programs cater to children from beginner levels through competitive team gymnastics, parkour, and adaptive gymnastics, promoting confidence, balance, and athleticism.

Founded in 2008, we’ve grown to serve over 160 families in the San Diego area, and we’re excited to announce the upcoming opening of our newest location in Poway! We also offer summer camps, kids night out events, and private parties to create memorable experiences for children of all ages.
