We were founded in 2005 as an Independent Family Run Estate and Letting Agent which specialises in the sales and letting of properties in the Wigan, St Helens, Warrington, Leigh, Bolton, Bury and North West locality. With a combined experience of over 50 years from the Family members alone and over 100 years with the team members we can provide you with the experienced and professional service you want from your appointed estate and letting agent. We have two branches which are based at 80 Market Street in the Town Centre of Wigan and 20 King Street in the Town Centre of Leigh but we cover all localities within a 20 mile radius of each branch. Our professional experience and services cover advice on property sales, valuations, lettings and management, property sourcing, HMO and portfolio management as well as resolving property disputes.
