Founded in 1973, Nishiyama Seimen boasts over 71 years of tradition and excellence, serving more than 3,000 ramen restaurants across Japan. Here in Europe, we are proud to supply over 100 restaurants with our premium noodles, alongside providing comprehensive culinary training on ramen preparation and techniques.
