SciMo - Elektrische Hochleistungsantriebe GmbH

SciMo was founded by a group of Ph.D. students from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology to offer electric motors with a power density far beyond the state of art. Furthermore, SciMo offer services around electric motors like the electromagnetic design, mechanical calculations, CAD constructions and as well the manufacturing of prototype motors. Our motors achieve outstanding performance thanks to our core technologies: - Copper fill factors above 70% using distributed windings - Innovative cooling concepts, such as indirect cooling of the copper windings - No use of expensive rare materials The SciMo High Performace Electric Motors are being built and used since the year 2017. Our technology is suitable for all applications with highest demands for power density and efficiency.
