SCJ Alliance is a 100% employee-owned consulting firm delivering civil engineering, transportation planning and design, cable-propelled transit, environmental and land use planning, landscape architecture, and public engagement services across the West. We partner with communities, agencies, and private clients to solve complex infrastructure challenges from regional transportation systems and municipal utilities to mountain resorts and urban redevelopment. Our work is grounded in technical rigor, practical implementation, and long-term stewardship. Founded in 2006, SCJ has grown to more than 140 employee-owners across 12 offices in Washington, Idaho, Colorado, and Montana.
