The Company Scrinium was founded in Athens (Greece) in 2017 by a team of executives from the country’s broader financial sector. Its founders have accumulated many decades of experience in Hellenic and International Banking Organizations, Insurance Companies, Financial Brokerage and Advisory Firms (e.g. Egnatia Bank, EFG Eurobank, Citibank, KPMG, European Reliance) The Company’s goal is to provide personalized tailor made services to businesses and individuals of a particular profile who wish to achieve added value at a reasonably estimated cost. Provision of Financial Services Finding Financial Solutions (private placements, alternative investment schemes etc) Developing business and action plans Exploring the potential for new investors Advising on buy and/or sell business mergers Managing and negotiating of existing loan relationships Representing foreign investment and financial firms (e.g. FasterCapital) II. Provision of Insurance Services Management and placement of any kind of risk (business or private) in the Greek and International Insurance Market through the Company’s cooperation with Insurance Companies, Insurance Brokers and Lloyds Syndicates III. Provision of Consulting Services Undertaking, development and operation (outsourcing) of the Commercial and/or Operational Directorate of Businesses Preparation and implementation of restructuring and/or reorganization plans of departments and processes Development of sales networks Research and development of new markets Exploration and conclusion of international collaborations
