Seal Building Enclosure

Seal Building Enclosure (SEAL) was founded on the principles of service: Service to our team, industry, and community. We define service as the responsibility and commitment to caring about and helping others through support of their initiatives, assistance with achieving their goals and by sharing knowledge to overcome challenges through healthy relationships built on the foundation of mutual trust. SEAL provides building enclosure consulting services to architects, owners, and general contractors. The building enclosure consists of the systems that physically separate the interior environment from the exterior environment. As enclosure consultants, we specialize in understanding these systems as well as how they are integrated with one another. We use our knowledge to provide recommendations that assist with meeting the performance, scheduling and budgetary requirements of the building, effectively contributing to the success of a project. SEAL is located in Houston and Austin, Texas servicing projects throughout the United States.
