Originally established as a Moraira relocation agent in 2006 by the proprietors – Chris & Linda Garwood as Costa Blanca SELECT; CBS was established to guide and assist clients from the UK, mainland Europe & other corners of the world, through the potential minefield of their property selection and purchase, here in the northern Costa Blanca. More recently, in 2010, the partners decided to open their own independent estate agency, in the centre of Moraira, trading as SELECT Villas of Moraira. This sister company enables us to work with greater independence from the existing property agency community, valuing and listing our own properties, as we continue to attract the attention of a growing number of vendors directly which means we can concentrate our ongoing working collaborations to just the very best of the other local agents, ensuring that we can provide our buyer clients with the ultimate mix of choice and value within the local property market. Our prominently located, modern offices have enabled us to treble our personnel resource to seven full-time staff and two part-time staff (including the proprietors), collectively representing around 90 years of experience of living and working in the Moraira area, and between us speaking English, Spanish, French, Dutch, German, Arabic and Valenciano. The key factor to our success and continuing growth through such challenging times is our obsession with customer service, hard work and integrity.
