The Company was formed in 2009 in response to the economic climate and we have been successful in developing an extensive client base and fantastic relationships with local estate agents and other professional organisations involved in the property market. We understand clients require a transaction to proceed and complete at the very earliest opportunity, without any unnecessary or easily avoided delays. We offer a service specific to our client’s needs. We offer a professional, non-legal jargon, client friendly service at competitive prices. We appreciate the complaints and perceptions the public have with Solicitors and other legal services providers and we have formulated the Company to address these issues in numerous ways: • We deal only with land and property matters and as a result we are able to dedicate our full time and resources to our clients’ needs and requirements and are able to ensure transactions progress at the earliest opportunity; • We are on hand each and every day to deal with our clients calls and liaise with agents, mortgage brokers or financial advisors, mortgage lenders or any other party involved in the conveyancing process so our clients will never be told that the Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer dealing with their matter is out at court or otherwise unavailable; • We are available to attend upon our clients beyond the normal working hours of 9 till 5pm, including Saturday mornings and after working hours if required; • We utilise state of the art information technology to ensure transactions are completed without delay and with the minimum inconvenience to our clients; and • All communications and documentation to our clients and third parties, including the other party’s legal advisors, are sent electronically, to ensure delays are significantly reduced.
