Shine St. Petersburg Mural Festival is a St. Petersburg, Florida-based organization dedicated to revitalizing communities through public art. We transform urban spaces into vibrant, engaging outdoor galleries featuring a diverse range of contemporary artists. Since 2015, SHINE has created nearly 200 stunning murals throughout downtown and the surrounding arts districts, fostering dialogue and uniting our community. Our mission is to cultivate new standards of artistic excellence reflecting St. Petersburg’s creative spirit, and to provide opportunities for artists to showcase their talent.

SHINE Mural Festival works in partnership with the St. Petersburg Arts Alliance to bring world-class art to the city. We curate a dynamic program of murals, engaging the public with art in unexpected places.
