SILVA MASH OOD was founded in 2007 in Lovech, Bulgaria. Soon after that the company has developed rapidly reaching a capacity of 60 000 tons steel products per year. The main products are cold rolled electric welded steel tubes and cold rolled steel coils. Nowadays, Silva Mash has the latest technologies in steel processing including equipment such as: - IV high cold rolling mill for steel - Pickling line - Annealing furnaces - Slitting line - 3 tube lines for round tubes, standard profiles and complex profiles - Tube cut-to-length lines - Own tool department with CNC machines The production range starts from round tube with a diameter ᴓ16 mm up to ᴓ115 mm with a maximum tube length of 8 meters. Cold rolled coils and pickled hot rolled coils can be produced with maximum width of 600 mm. Our technological equipment allows us to provide goods in full compliance with the corresponding European quality standards for electric welded tubes starting from hot rolled coils. The tubes can be packed in bundles or boxes using metal strips and wooden parts to maintain the bundle shape based on customer’s requirements. Standards - The tubes are manufactured according EN10305-3:2010 and EN10305-5:2010. - The coils are manufactured according EN10130, EN10131, EN10139 and EN10140. - All deliveries are supplied with a certificate according EN10204:2006 2.2 or 3.1.
