My name is Silvana and I was born in the beautiful Uruguayan city of Montevideo. My first encounter with the gastronomic world was when I was only 8 years old at my mom's kitchen, where cooking wasn't only about food but about a whole "ritual" in the kitchen!; I can tell, that since, then I have dedicated all my time to gastronomy and in my opinion it's magical, cooking is a truly act of love, combinated with smells, flavors, textures and colors.   Silvana's catering began as a service for weddings and private parties, thanks to the effort, passion and dedication of the entire team, we have incorporated "Fuego".
