SIMATEC Beer Plant Engineering & Manufacturing has very innovative technical solutions We produce a new brewhouse system that provides:   • the lowest possible hot oxidation, far better than that achieved in a 4 vessel brewhouse • a high filtration efficiency (lauter) to save raw materials • a modular design (SIMATEC PATENT) which allows the production capacity to be increased at a later date without changing anything, but only by adding one or more kettles • a duplex paddle (SIMATEC PATENT) which allows the use of a single vessel for the Mash, Boiling and Whirlpool phases • use of screw pumps to keep the transfer of wort as smooth as possible We have over 20 years' experience in the field of craft-brewing, working side by side with some of the best brewers, thus acquiring comprehensive know-how in all areas. Since 2004 SIMATEC has indirectly been a producer of craft beer through its brewery SorA'laMA' which produces 5000hl per year, top and bottom fermented, bottle and tank conditioned and marketed in Italy and abroad.
