We are a specialty coffee roastery from Heidelberg, Germany, with the goal of bringing exciting and diverse flavours to your cups. It all starts with the search for high-quality green coffees from different growing regions. In our roastery, we develop our coffees with our Loring Kestrel S35 using traditional roasting methods. We personally accompany every single step until the perfect result is achieved. Modern technology helps us to optimally adjust the roasting to each coffee and to develop its aroma. See the end result for yourself either in our café or at home. Our claim is to find high-quality green coffees and to source them as directly as possible. We achieve this through sustainable partnerships with our importers and farmers from the various growing regions. It is no secret that quality has its price. Direct trade is all the more important to us. This ensures that as much of the revenue as possible goes directly to the local farmers and contributes to stable living conditions there. Thanks to the different harvest periods in the coffee-growing countries, we have different, freshly harvested coffees in stock throughout the year and can guarantee you an exciting variety in our assortment.
